Project scope:

→ User testing

Role:
Student; Advanced Interaction UX/UI and Web Design, Chapman University (2021)

About:
The issue: The old MyChapman interface is ineffective on a mobile device, hard to navigate, and not following University brand guidelines. The MyChapman website traps users through lack of a return button, making it difficult for students who want to conduct class searches or simply check their schedule.

The solution: The new MyChapman interface is a mobile app that provides a positive user experience through accessible navigation, interactive elements, and clear, on-brand features. The app is designed to help take off some of the pressure and stress that comes with monitoring a schedule, keeping track of assignments, and registering for classes.
